CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Instructional Design

We know every workplace is unique. We also know learners often have difficulty transferring “generic” content to their jobs. That’s why custom content development is often the key to effective learning. When you partner with us, we’ll begin with a conversation about your goals and desired outcomes. The next step will be to assess your target audience and work environment to identify the best approach to learning. Then, we’ll design and develop training to engage your learners and achieve the desired performance objectives. Finally, we’ll work with you to pilot test the training, analyze test results, and make plans for ongoing delivery.

We use the well-known ADDIE PROCESS to develop instructional materials.
  • Analyze the situation to clarify instructional needs and objectives, define the learning environment, and identify existing knowledge/skill levels of the target audience.
  • Design performance-based objectives, instructional strategies used to deliver content, and assessment methods used to ensure achievement of training goals. 
  • Develop instructional materials needed to support learning (whether online, blended, or classroom-based). Pilot test to ensure accuracy of content and effectiveness of process.
  • Implement training by delivering to the target audience.
  • Evaluate results to ensure achievement of learning and organizational objectives.  

Graphic Design

Our graphic design team understands the importance of both appearance and functionality! From mobile job aids or resource videos to comprehensive online or classroom-based training, your learners will have what they need at their fingertips!
