In today's global business world, many organizations are implementing teams as a way to improve competitiveness. LDI has a wealth of expertise in team implementation. First we meet with key leaders to define outcomes. We then conduct interviews with representatives from all levels of the organization to determine the climate for teams. After developing customized recommendations for action and measurement, we work with leadership to develop the requirements and boundaries to guide teams. Our next step is to implement actions and deliver team training.
